As an engineered design has been performed,the drawings should indicate the special inspections <br /> that are required to be performed per Chapter 17 of the IBC(Section 1705.7).When special inspec- <br /> tions are required,the owner, or the registered design professional in responsible charge acting as <br /> the owner's agent, should hire an independent testing/inspection agency to perform the required <br /> special inspections. Special inspection reports should be made available for the City of Everett Build- <br /> ing Inspectors at the time of inspection. <br /> RE: PLEASE SEE ENCLOSED SIGNED FORM FOR GEOTECHNICAL SPECIAL INSPECTION FOR THE PILING <br /> INSTALLATION.THE DRAWING NOTES FOR GEOTECHNICAL INSPECTION HAS BEEN CLOUDED <br /> (SEE S-1) <br /> 2.
