Reinforcement was <br /> found to be in conformance with the approved structural drawings. Concrete was placed via <br /> boom pump. The eastern 60% of the area was consolidated with a concrete vibrator, but due <br /> to equipment failure, the western 40% was consolidated using other mechanical means. The <br /> results of our inspections were discussed with the contractor prior to leaving the site.
