The upper slab at grid locations A-B/1-2 was evaluated using a Face floor profiler. <br /> The slabs was placed July 18, 2024. <br /> The surface area of the slab on grade placed July 18, 2024 and tested on July 19, 2024 was approximately 306 <br /> square feet. <br /> No specification was applied for the slab tested, as it was not large enough and contained too many steps in <br /> elevation to be analyzed for FF and FL numbers per ASTM E1155. The data is purely informational and is <br /> summarized on page 2 with FF and FL numbers measured and reported for individual runs only. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project.
