j I ORDINANCE N0 . \GAV An Ordinance providing for the impr9verient of the 1 11alley between Colby Avenue and Wetmore Avenue from the north 2 �' line of 12th St . to the north line of the Bailey Addition and 3 10th St . from the alley between Colby Avenue and ;7etmore Avenue. 4 , to the alley between `:Jetmore and Rcckafeller; and the alley 5 between Wetmore and ?ockefeller from 13th St . to gth St. and 6 13th S t . from the center line of the alley west of Rockefeller 7 to manhole on 13th S t. and Rockefeller by construction of a 8 sewer. and doing all other work necessary to make a complete 9 improve men ,, creating an assessment district, creating a Local 10 Improvement District Fund therefor, and providing that payment 11 for said improvement be made by special assessment on the prop- 12 I; erty in said District under the mode of payment by bonds, 13 whereas, a majority petition of the property owners, 14 petitioning for said improvement, has heretofore been filed with 15 the Commissioner of Public °-'orks and said Commissioner has found 16 the things set forth in said petition to be true, and, 17 hereas , said commissioner of rublic works has 18 filed with the City Council all data and information, as required 19 by law, and, 20 ! 1 hereas, said Commissioner of Public Works has 21 recommended to the City Council that sai d improvement petitioned 22 for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public 23 convenience and necessity regiires such improvement to be made, 24 now therefore, 25 THE cITx OF EVEL ETT DOES ORDAIN ; : 26 Section 1 : That the alley between Colby Avenue 27 and Wetmore Avenue from the north line of 12th St . to the north 28 line of the Bailey Addition and 10th St . from the alley between 29 30 31 -�
