an angle of 71 degrees 52' for a distance of 173.06 ft; thence <br /> in an easterly direction on tangent to said curve 66.3 ft. to <br /> west line of East Grand Avenue. Less 80 Pt . Street. <br /> 1 Section 4 : A special Eund is hereby created <br /> 2 to be called Local Improvement District Fund No. 366 , which <br /> 3 shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, <br /> 4 levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels <br /> 5 of land in said Local Improyement District and the proceeds <br /> 6 I'I of the sale of all of the bads of said district, for the <br /> 7 Ili purpose of defraying the cost and expense of such improvement . <br /> 8 Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest <br /> 9 thereon and the entire cost of such improvement . <br /> 10 section 5 : The cost and expense of such improve- <br /> 11 ment shall be defrayed by special assessments payable in ten <br /> 12 .annual installments with interest thereon at the rate of <br /> 13 not more than seven percent (7%) per annum, under the mode of <br /> 14 'II payment by bonds as provided by law and the ordinances of said <br /> 15 city.
