<br />6.6.3 The value of waste materials, if any, shall be reflected in the total Job Order price. <br />6.6.4 During the course of the Work, if Contractor encounters site materials that it <br />believes may be hazardous, potentially hazardous, infectious, toxic or dangerous, <br />Contractor will immediately notify the Project Manager and Contract Administrator. <br />6.6.5 The City will retain title to all hazardous waste presently on-site encountered during <br />demolition and removal. This does not include hazardous materials generated by the <br />Contractor, such as used motor oils, lubricants, cleaners, etc. Contractor shall <br />dispose of such hazardous waste according to the Detailed Scope of Work and the <br />Contract Documents, following local, State, and Federal regulations. The City of <br />Everett will be shown as the hazardous waste generator and will sign all hazardous <br />waste shipment manifests for non-contractor generated hazardous wastes. Nothing <br />contained within these Contract Documents shall be construed or interpreted as <br />requiring Contractor to assume the status of City or generator of hazardous waste <br />substances for non-contractor generated hazardous wastes. <br />6.6.6 Contractor shall follow all Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and all other <br />regulations regarding reporting the disposal of all materials. <br />6.7 Subcontractors and Sub-Subcontractors <br />6.7.1 Mandatory Criteria: As required by RCW 39.06.020 and 39.04.350(1), all <br />subcontractors must satisfy all of the following criteria: <br />• At the time of bid submittal, have a certificate of registration in compliance <br />with Chapter 18.27 RCW; <br />• Have a current state unified business identifier number; <br />• If applicable, have industrial insurance coverage for the bidder’s <br />employees working in Washington as required in Title 51 RCW; an <br />employment security department number as required in Title 50 RCW; <br />and a state excise tax registration number as required in Title 82 RCW; <br />and <br />• Not be disqualified from bidding on any public works contract under <br />RCW 39.06.010 or 39.12.065(3). <br />• If bidding on a public works project subject to the apprenticeship <br />utilization requirements in RCW 39.04.320, not have been found out of <br />compliance by the Washington state apprenticeship and training council <br />for working apprentices out of ratio, without appropriate supervision, <br />or outside their approved work processes as outlined in their standards <br />of apprenticeship under chapter 49.04 RCW for the one-year period <br />immediately preceding the date of the bid solicitation; and <br />6.7.2 Contractor shall not employ any Subcontractor or other person or organization <br />(including those who are to furnish the principal items of materials or <br />equipment), whether initially or as a substitute, against whom Project Manager <br />may have reasonable objection. Acceptance of any Subcontractor, other person <br />or organization by City or Project Manager shall not constitute a waiver of any
