<br />6.15 Shop Drawings and Samples <br />6.15.1 After checking and verifying all field measurements, Contractor will submit Shop <br />Drawings to Project Manager for review and approval, as specified in the Job <br />Order. The data shown on the Shop Drawings will be complete with respect to <br />dimensions, design criteria, materials of construction and like information to <br />enable Project Manager to review the information as required. <br />6.15.2 Contractor will promptly submit to Project Manager for review and <br />approval all samples required by the Job Order. All samples will have been <br />checked by and stamped with the approval of Contractor, identified clearly <br />as to material, manufacturer, any pertinent catalog numbers and the use <br />for which intended. <br />6.15.3 At the time of sample & drawings submission, any identified deviations from <br />the Detailed Scope of Work will be called in writing to the Project Manager's <br />attention. <br />6.15.4 Project Manager will review Shop Drawings and samples within fifteen (15) days, <br />but Project Manager's review and approval shall be only for conformance with <br />the design concept of the Project and for compliance with the information given <br />in the Detailed Scope of Work and will not extend to means, methods, <br />sequences, techniques or procedures of construction or to safety precautions or <br />programs incident thereto. The review and approval of a separate item as such <br />will not indicate approval of the assembly in which the item functions. Contractor <br />will make any corrections required by Project Manager and return the required <br />number of corrected copies of Shop Drawings and resubmit new samples for <br />review and approval. Contractor will direct specific attention in writing to <br />revisions other than the corrections called for by Project Manager on previous <br />submittals. Contractor's stamp of approval on any Shop Drawing or sample shall <br />constitute a representation to City and Project Manager that Contractor has <br />either determined and verified all quantities, dimensions, field construction <br />criteria, materials, catalog numbers, and similar data or assumes full <br />responsibility for doing so, and that Contractor has reviewed or coordinated each <br />Shop Drawing or sample with the requirements of the Detailed Scope of Work <br />and the Contract Documents. <br />6.15.5 Where a Shop Drawing or sample is required by the Job Order, no related Work <br />shall be commenced until the submittal has been reviewed and approved by <br />Project Manager. <br />6.16 Continuing the Work <br />6.16.1 Contractor shall carry on the Work and maintain the progress schedule during <br />all disputes or disagreements with City. No Work shall be delayed or <br />postponed pending resolution of any disputes or disagreements, except as <br />Contractor and City may otherwise agree in writing. <br />6.17 Warranties
