ORDINANCE NO. 1933 1 ' An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and 2 assessment roll of Local Improvement District No .361 for the 3 improvement of Summit Avenue from Everett Avenue to the South 4 line of Twentieth Street, by grading to proper grade, con- 5 struction of concerte pavement and doing all other work 6 necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 7 No .1940 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on 8 account thereof against the several lots, tracts, and parcels 9 of land as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of 10 bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance thereof, 11 12 THE CITY OF EVE"_SETT :DOES 0RDAI1 : 13 S ection 1 ; That the assessment and assessment roll 14 of Local Improvement District No .361 , for the improvement of 15 Summit Avenue from Everett Avenue to the South line of Twen- 16 tieth Street, by grading to proper grade, construction of 17 concerte pavement and doing all other work necessary to make 18 a complete improvement under Ordinance # 1940 of the City of 19 Everett, as the same now stands, be and the same is hereby, 20 in all things approved and confirmed. 21 22 Section 2 That each of the lots, tracts and parcels 23 ! of land or other pro :e rty shown on said roll is hereby declared 24 to be specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the 25 amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear- 26 ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments 27 appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assess- 28 meet against each lot, tract, and parcel of land and other 29 property, appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged 30 _1- 31
