October 23, 2024 <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />President Schwab opened the public hearing regarding the amendment to the zoning map for <br />1301 Lombard Avenue. <br /> <br />Yorik Stevens-Wajda, Planning Director provided a briefing. <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Ramsey Ramerman provided a legal reminder regarding the quasi-judicial <br />capacity for the proposed rezone and requested each council member disclose any substantive <br />contacts they have had with anyone, other than city staff, regarding the rezone of 1301 Lombard <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />All council members stated none, except Council Member Vogeli. Information was provided for <br />the record. <br /> <br />The following members of the public spoke: Bob Wohl and Nancy Hecht <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was call with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2409-24 <br /> <br />THIRD & FINAL READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map for 1301 Lombard Avenue <br /> <br />Discussion ensued with Yorik Stevens-Wajda answering council questions. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne requested to move the 1301 Lombard Surplus Resolution from Consent <br />to Action on next week’s Council Agenda. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member Zarlingo, that this is declared <br />to be the third and final reading of Council Bill 2409-24. <br /> <br /> <br />The Deputy City Clerk was directed to call roll for the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> <br /> AYES: Tuohy, Bader, Rhyne, Zarlingo, Fosse, Schwab
