Revised plans indicate a 20'wide concrete driveway added to the scope of work for the <br /> permit. However, recent map imagery shows indicates an existing 14' wide gravel driveway. Per EMC <br /> 19.34.110.C.1,driveway width cannot exceed a total of 30'within the front setback. If existing gravel is being <br /> removed and replaced with lawn, please indicate so on a revised site plan. If gravel section is to remain for <br /> driveway, it must be converted to a durable surface per EMC 19.34.120.B.1,either through replacement with <br /> concrete or compaction with permeable pavers. It must also be reduced, in conjunction with the newly <br /> proposed concrete driveway, so as not to exceed the 30' maximum width. Please submit a revised site plan <br /> showing compliance with these driveway standards. <br /> This application is on hold for further Planning review until the requested revisions have been received.
