All vehicle service and repair work shall be performed in an enclosed <br /> building when located within 150 feet of lots located in a residential zone. <br /> b. Body and fender repair, auto body painting,tire recapping, heavy engine <br /> repair and rebuilding shall be performed within an enclosed building so as to be <br /> inaudible from residentially zoned properties. <br /> c. Vehicles being serviced shall not be parked on public right-of-way. <br /> d. Inoperable vehicles, used or discarded tires and vehicle parts shall be <br /> screened from view by a solid sight obscuring fence and landscaping as required <br /> by Section 41.100. <br /> (46) Wrecking and dismantling yards (outdoor storage) are prohibited. Indoor <br /> dismantling shall also comply with Special Regulation#45 on this page. <br /> (47) Shall comply with the landscaping and screening requirements of Section 41.100. <br /> (48) Permitted only in a multiple tenant building or development. Shall comply with <br /> the requirements of Special Regulation#45. <br /> (49) Permitted only on Broadway, Evergreen Way, and Rucker Avenue. <br /> (50) Boat sales and rental only.
