12. Sanitary landfills; <br /> 13. Waste to energy facilities; <br /> 14. Sewage treatment plants; <br /> 15. Lumber, pulp or paper mills; <br /> 16. Cargo container storage; <br /> 17. Asphalt or concrete batch plant; <br /> 18. Other similar heavy manufacturing uses with potentially noxious impacts, as <br /> determined by the planning director, except as otherwise provided by this section. <br /> In making such a determination, the city shall use Review Process Ina and the <br /> notice and appeals provisions attendant thereto. <br /> Section 48: Section 34. 010 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended(EMC 19.34.010), <br /> which reads as follows: <br /> 34.010 User guide. This section contains information about off-street parking and <br /> loading areas and related improvements. This section also describes a method for <br /> determining the off-street parking requirements for unspecified uses, and a <br /> provision for requesting a modification of parking requirements. To determine the <br /> parking requirement for a specific use within a specific zone, review the use- <br /> standards table for that specific zone_ <br /> Is hereby amended to read <br /> 34.010 User guide. This section contains information about off-street parking and <br /> loading areas and related improvements. This section also describes a method for <br /> determining the off-street parking requirements for unspecified uses, and a <br /> provision for requesting a modification of parking requirements. The number of parking spaces stated shall be the minimum <br /> required.
