I am the planner assigned to the land use review of this application. <br /> Planning has APPROVED our review of both permits. However, this approval is subject to a final landscape inspection <br /> which must show the planting of three new trees in the parking area. This requirement is outlined in EMC <br /> 19.35.080.B.2. Please see section Cl_for specific tree type and planting standards. <br /> You may submit updated landscape plans in person at 3200 Cedar Street or via the online permit portal. However,this <br /> may not be necessary, as Planning will verify the required plantings at final inspection. <br /> Please utilize the online permit portal to check on the status of all reviews. General permit questions can be addressed <br /> to Permit Services at everetteps@everettwa.gov or(425) 275-8810.
