Casey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science,Technology, and Policy with a <br /> specialization in Hydrology from California State University, Monterey Bay. In addition, Casey also <br /> has a graduate-level course work in Fisheries and Wildlife Management from Oregon State University. <br /> During his time at Cal State Monterey Bay, he worked as a research assistant conducting in depth <br /> analysis of steelhead habitats investigating potential impacts of post-wildfire sediment yields and fish <br /> passage restoration feasibility studies.
