THE CITY OF EVEI ETT DOES ORDAIN : : <br /> 1 <br /> 2 <br /> ,Dection 1 : That the alley between Virginia and <br /> 3 iiainier A venues from the South line of 16th street to the <br /> 4 North line of clock fit 314, - emingtont s ri tst Addition, be <br /> 5 improved by the complete construction of a sewer and <br /> 6 <br /> necessary appurtenances and doing all other work necessary <br /> 7 in connection therewith to make complete improvement <br /> 8 according to the plans and specifications prepared by the <br /> 9 <br /> City Ingineer, which plans and specifications are hereby <br /> 10 adopted and approved. <br /> 11 <br /> section 2 : That the cost and expense of such <br /> 12 <br /> improvement including the necessary and incidental expenses <br /> 13 <br /> shall ue borne by and assessed against the property included <br /> 14 <br /> in the assessment district hereinafter created in accord <br /> 15 <br /> ance with law.
