' 1 ORDINANCE NO. 19'3C 2 3 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assess— 1 4 ment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District # 356, for 5 the improvement of the Kromer Avenue bridge by the removal of old 6 lumber, replacing the caps, planking and hand rail, adding additional 7 bracing and doing all other work in connection therewith, necessary 8 to make a complete improvement under Ordinance :! 1925 of the City of 9 Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof, against the several 10 lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing for 11 the issuance of bonds therefor and fixing the date of the issuance 12 thereof . 13 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : 14 15 Section 1 : That the assessment and assess- 16 merit roll of Local Improvement District # 356, for the improvement of 17 the Kromer Avenue bridge by the removal of old lumber, replacing the 18 cape, planking and hand rail, adding additional bracing and doing all 19 other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improve. 20 merit, under Ordinance 1925 of the City of Everett, as the same now 21 stands, be, and the sire is, hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 22 23 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and 24 parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared 25 to be specially Lenefitted by said improvement in at least the amount 26 charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the 27 same is inproportion to the several assessments appearing upon said 28 roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract, 29 and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said roll, the 30 amount finally charged against the same thereon, 31 —1—
