ORDINANCE NO . Z 5F. <br /> An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the <br /> :Norton Avenue Extension from the South line of 22nd <br /> 1 <br /> 2 treet to a point 186 feet ;south, more or less, of the <br /> south line of 19th street produced, by the removal of <br /> 3 <br /> 4 old lumber and re-decking, also by replacing the stringers <br /> 5 and caps and repairing the hand rails where necessary and <br /> 6 doing such other work as may be necessary in connection <br /> 7 <br /> therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance <br /> 8 with resolution # 2805 of the City of Everett , creating <br /> 9 an assessment district, creating a .Local Improvement <br /> 10 Listrict Fund therefor, providing that payment for said <br /> 11 improvement be made by special assessment on the property <br /> 12 in said district by the mode of payment by bonds and dividing <br /> 13 said district into a Lirect Benefit District and into an <br /> 14 Indirect :,enefit ;4strict, <br /> 15 ' hereas, by resolution # 2805 of the City of 'Everett, <br /> 16 the city council of Everett has declared its intention to <br /> 17 <br /> order the improvement of the Norton Avenue Extension from <br /> 18 the south line of 22nd street to a point 186 feet south, <br /> 19 <br /> more or less, of the south line of 19th street produced, <br /> 20 <br /> by the removal of old lumber and re-decking, alsp by <br /> 21 stringerscaps and repairing repla,c�ng the and pairin hand rails <br /> 22 <br /> where necessary and doing such other work as may be necess- <br /> 23 <br /> ary in connection therewith, to make a complete improvement <br /> 24 <br /> in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared <br /> 25 <br /> by the City Engineer, and, <br /> 26 <br /> whereas, after due hearing thereon, no objections <br /> 27 <br /> were made thereto, now therefore, <br /> 28 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> «lw <br /> 31 , <br />
