Said bonds shall be an obligation 18 c n ye against the Special Fund created and established in Section 5 19 of this ordinance, provided however, that the City of Everett 20 reserved the right to pay and retire any or all of said bonds at 21 any interest- paying date after the year 1936 s 22 23 Section 5 : There shall be and is hereby created and 24 established a special fund to be called "Municipal Market Revenue 25 Bond Fund"-. The City of Everett does hereby irrevocably pledge 26 and bind itself to pay into such fund, ou4 of the gross revenues 27 of such Public Market, as specified in Section 3 of this Ordinance, 28 after paying the expenses of operation and maintenance of said 29 Market, one calendar month before each semi - annual in- 30 stailment of interest falls due, a sum equal to such semi-annual 31 .4. /
