1 herein provided for, together with all the premiums or interest <br /> received thereon or therefrom, together with the gross revenues of <br /> 2 <br /> said Public Market, and all interest accreting from the deposit or <br /> 3 <br /> investment thereof ; and from said fund there shall be paid the <br /> 4 <br /> entire cost of constructing, maintaining, managing and operating said <br /> 5 <br /> Public Market and the whole thereof, as speified and set forth <br /> 6 <br /> in this Ordinance, and the payments which this Ordinance provides <br /> 7 <br /> shall be made into the "Municipal. Market revenue Bond Fund." <br /> 8 <br /> 9 Section 7: That this Ordinance be submitted tt the general <br /> 10 election to be held in the City of Everett on the 2nd day of <br /> 11 November,1920 , in the various election precincts into which the <br /> 12 City is divided, for the purpose of voting thereat, by the qualifies <br /> 13 electors of said City, upon the proposition of the ratification or <br /> 14 rejection of the system or plan in this Ordinance proposed, for <br /> 15 the construction, owning, managing, maintaining, and operating of <br /> 16 a public Market, and for the issuance of bonds to provide for the <br /> 17 payment therefor as in this Ordinance proposed, The City Clerk <br /> 18 shall give at least ton (10 ) days notice ofthe time and place and <br /> 19 of the proposition submitted to the qualified voters at said <br /> 20 election and of the form of ballots to be cast for or against the <br /> 21 said proposition as provided th this Ordinance, in each issue of <br /> 22 the City official paper during a period of ten days. <br /> 23 <br /> Section 8: The system or plan proposed and the proposition <br /> 24 <br /> submitted shall be voted upon in the following manner, to-wit : <br /> 25 <br /> 7;,'very voter at said election desiring to vote in favor of <br /> 26 <br /> said proposed system or plan and the issuance of the bonds mentioned <br /> 27 <br /> and described in Section 4 of this Ordinance, shall vote a <br /> 28 <br /> ballot containing the following statement of the said proposition, by <br /> 29 <br /> 30 placeing a cross (X) in the square printed upon said ballot opposite <br /> 31 and at the right ofthe said statement, to-wit : <br /> -7- <br />
