All of said bonds to bear date of issue and be in such 3 form as shall hereafter be prescribed by the Council ofthe City 4 of :Sverett, all as provided in Ordinance No. 5 The two propositions as above set forth shall be printed 6 on a single sheet and opposite and to the right of each statement 7 of the propositions to be voted upon, there shall be printed a blan square, within which the voter shall signify by making a cross (X) 8 9 whether he voted in favor of or against the proposition sub.- 10 mitted. 11 Section 9: If, a majority of the qualified voters ofthe 12 !
