1949 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An Ordinance fixing the salaries in the Water Department amending <br /> Section 15 of Ordinance No. 1866 as amended by Ordinance No. 1906 and de- <br /> claring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : <br /> Section 1 : That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 1866 of the City <br /> of Everett , as amended by Ordinance No. 1906, be amended to read as <br /> follows : <br /> "Section 15: Water Department : Superintendent , $200,00 per <br /> month ; Foreman, $175,00 per month; Cashier, $140.00 per month; Assist- <br /> ant Cashier, $120,00 per month ; Inspectors, $140.00 per month ; Assist- <br /> ant Inspectors, $135.00 per month; Headworks Patrolman, $150.00 per <br /> month ; Pipeline Patrolman, $135.00 per month; Pump Operator, $13500 <br /> per month; Machinist , $6.55 per day; Service Men, $6,00 per day, Pipe <br /> men $5,75 per day; Laborers, $5.00 per day; provided, however, that on <br /> emergency work laborers shall be paid for such work as the Council by <br /> Resolution may provide." <br /> Section 2 : Said salaries shall date from,July let , 1920 <br /> Seotion 3 : An emergency is declared to elist , and this Ordinance <br /> diall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> PASSED : 8-17-20 <br /> ATTEST : <br /> PUBLISHED 8-19-20 <br />
