October 30, 2024 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the five-year Interlocal Agreement with Marshland Flood <br />Control District and Snohomish County. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2410-28 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE relating to changes in the City of Everett’s Procurement Policy regarding <br />contractors and service providers who have engaged in wage theft <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne provided additional information regarding the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BILL 2410-29 <br /> <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE adopting the amendment to Ordinance 3196-10 (International Property <br />Maintenance Code) (EMC 16.09.010) <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - 1301 LOMBARD AS SURPLUS <br /> <br />Council Member Fosse discussed the possibility allowing the Built Environment Committee to <br />discuss possible dispositions. <br /> <br />Scott Pattison, Administration, provided an overview of the proposed resolution. Discussion <br />ensued with Scott and David Hall answering Council questions. <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Fosse, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to amend Section 2(d) <br />to replace the two “wills” in the first sentence to the word “may.” <br /> <br />
