l ORDINANCE NO. 1946 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and 2 assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 346 for the im- 3 provement of Baker Avenue, from the curb line on the south side of 2 xi 4 street to the curb line on the south side of 25th street, by grading, 5 paving and the installation of concrete curbs; and between 23rd 6 street and 24th street by the installation of water main, and by 7 doing all other such work, in connection therewith, to make a com- 8 plete improvement under Ordinance No . 1914 of. the City of Everett, 9 levying an assessment against the several lots, tracts and parcels 10 of land as shown an said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds 11 therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance therein. 12 THE CITY OF EVER:ITT DOES ORDAIN: 13 14 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local 15 Improvement District No. 346 for the improvement of Baker Avenue, 16 from the curb line on the south side of 23rd street to the curb 17 line on the south side of 25th street, by grading, paving and the 18 installation of concrete curbs; end between 23rd street and 24th 19 street by the installation of water main, and doing all other such 20 work, in connection therewith, as is necessary to make a complete 21 improvement under Ordinance No. 1914, as the same now stands , be 22 and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 23 24 Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts , and parcels of 25 land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be 26 specially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount 27 charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against 28 the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon 29 said 'roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot , 30 tract, and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said 31 roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. -1-
