ORDINANCE NO, i94 13 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and 2 assessment roll of Local Improvement District # 353, for the 3 improvement of the North side of 16th Street, from :aker Avenue 4 to Pine S treet and the South side of 16th S treet, from Baker 5 Avenue to Walnut Street by grading, construction of concrete walks, 6 installation of necessary drainage and doing all other work necesc- 7 pry to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans, 8 estimates and diagrams, under Ordinance 1910 of the City of 9 Bverett; levying an assessment against the several lots, tracts 10 and parcels of land as shorn on said roll , providing fot the 11 issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance 12 therein . 13 TEE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: 14 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local 15 Improvement District # 353 for the improvement of the North side 16 of 16th S treet from Baker AVenue to Pine Street and the South side 17 of 16* Street, from Baker Avenue to Walnut S treet by grading to 18 proper grade, construction of concrete walks, installation of 19 necessary drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a 20 complete improve.:Ient under Ordinance 1910 as the same now stands, 21 be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 22 Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land, 23 or other property shown on said roll , is hereby declared to be spec- 24 icily benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged 25 against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same 26 is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said 27 roll, and there is hereby levied as assessment against aach lot, 28 tract, and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said 29 roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. 30 31 -1.
