.- S. • ORDINANCE NO ION 1945. 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and 2 assessment roll of Local Improvement District No.355 for the 3 improvement of Nassau Street from the south line of Pacific 4 Avenue to the North end of the bridge at 33rd. Street by grading, 5 construction of a 24-foot concrete pavement and concrete curbs, 6 installation of necessary drainage and: going all other work 7 necessary to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 1919 8 of the City of Everett , levying an assessment against the several 9 lots, tracts,and parcels of land as shown on said roll, providing 10 for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date for the 11 issuance therein. 12 13 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: : 14 Section I : that the assessment and assessment roll of Loaal 15 Improvement District No.355 for the improvement of Nassau Street 16 from the South line of Pacific Avenue to the north end of the 17 bridge at 33rd Street . by grading, construction of a 24-foot 18 concrete pavement , and concrete curbs, installation of necessary 19 drainage and doing all other work necessary to make a complete 20 improvement under Ordinance 1919 as the same now stands, be, 21 and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. 22 23 Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts, and parcels of land, 24 or other prIperty shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be spec 25 ially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged 26 against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the sam 27 is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said 28 roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, 29 tract , and parcel of land and other property, appearing upon said 30 31 -1-
