•••. 4 1944 ORDINANCE TO An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- 1 2 ment roll of Local Improvement District 1 7';57 for the improvement of Twenty-first Street, from Grand Avenue to Rucker Avenue by the re- moval of old lumber and slagging and doing all other work necessary 4 5 to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 1 1927 of the City of 6 " verett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots as shown on said roll. 7 8 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN 9 Section L: That theassessment and assessment roll of Local 10 Improvement District # 357 for the improvement of Twenty-first Street , 11 from Grand Avenue to Rucker Avenue by the removal of old lumber and 12 slagging and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve 13 ment under Ordinance 1927 of the City of Dverett asthe same now 14 stands, be and the same is, hereb y in all things approved and confirm 15 ed. 16 17 Section 2: That each of thelots, tracts and parcels of land or 18 other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- 19 ially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged 20 against the same, and that the assessment E' pearing against the same 21 is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upOn said roll, 22 and there is hereby levied as assessment against each lot, tract 23 and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, 24 the amount finally charged against the same thereon. 25 Section 3 :That the said assessments shall be collected and the 26 costs of such improvement shall be paid in manner provided by law and 27 the Ordinances of said City. 28 29 - Mayari 30 Pascl -d: July 20th, 4 - 4 31 Pttest : C' ty Clerk Published: July 22=12_ 1920,
