•••. 4 <br /> 1944 <br /> ORDINANCE TO <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- <br /> 1 <br /> 2 <br /> ment roll of Local Improvement District 1 7';57 for the improvement <br /> of Twenty-first Street, from Grand Avenue to Rucker Avenue by the re- <br /> moval of old lumber and slagging and doing all other work necessary <br /> 4 <br /> 5 to make a complete improvement under Ordinance 1 1927 of the City of <br /> 6 " verett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several <br /> lots as shown on said roll. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN <br /> 9 <br /> Section L: That theassessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> 10 <br /> Improvement District # 357 for the improvement of Twenty-first Street , <br /> 11 <br /> from Grand Avenue to Rucker Avenue by the removal of old lumber and <br /> 12 <br /> slagging and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improve <br /> 13 <br /> ment under Ordinance 1927 of the City of Dverett asthe same now <br /> 14 <br /> stands, be and the same is, hereb y in all things approved and confirm <br /> 15 <br /> ed. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Section 2: That each of thelots, tracts and parcels of land or <br /> 18 other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- <br /> 19 ially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> 20 against the same, and that the assessment E' pearing against the same <br /> 21 is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upOn said roll, <br /> 22 and there is hereby levied as assessment against each lot, tract <br /> 23 and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, <br /> 24 the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> 25 <br /> Section 3 :That the said assessments shall be collected and the <br /> 26 <br /> costs of such improvement shall be paid in manner provided by law and <br /> 27 <br /> the Ordinances of said City. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 - Mayari <br /> 30 Pascl -d: July 20th, 4 - 4 <br /> 31 <br /> Pttest : <br /> C' ty Clerk <br /> Published: July 22=12_ 1920, <br />
