1111111111111111„. v. 1943 ORDInAYCE NO. gimp An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assess- 1 ment roll of Local Improvement District 358 for the improvement 2 of "rainier venue fro Twenty-second Street to Twenty-third street by 3 slagging and doing all other work necessary to make a complete 4 improvement under Ordinance :! 1928 of the City of Dverett , levying an 5 assessment on account thereof against the several lots as shownon 6 said roll. 7 8 TIME CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN : 9 nection 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local 10 Improvement District 358 for the improvement of Tlainier Avenue 11 frol Twenty-second Street to Twenty-third Street by slagging and 12 doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement under 13 Ordinance ' 1928 of the City of 'Everett asthe same now stands, be 14 and the same is, hereb y in all things approved and confirmed. 15 16 -ection 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land 17 or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be spec- 18 Tally benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged 19 against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same 20 is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, 21 and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract 22 and parcel of land, and other pro2erty appearing upon said roll, 23 the amount finally charged against the same thereon. 24 ection 3:That the said assessments shall be collected and the 25 costs of such Improvement shall be paid in manner provided by law 26 nd the Ordinances of said City. 27 „tf 28 ay or. 29 Passed: J ,s 30 Attest : 31 Cit Clerk.
