Matthew Wion P.E., S.E. <br /> Everett Plans Examiner Associate <br /> RE: <br /> Waterline Mezzanine Revisions <br /> Quantum Project 23208.01 <br /> The mezzanine at Waterline apartments has been revised to a smaller area.The cantilever East of Grid B <br /> has been removed and the stair has been rotated to be supported by a short, cantilevered landing. <br /> Additionally, the column at the North East corner of the mezzanine has been removed. Many of the <br /> member sizes have remained the same due to steel already being ordered, but the calculations have <br /> been revised and attached on the following pages. Due to the mezzanine decreasing in size, all existing <br /> structural members (columns, walls and slabs) are okay by inspection, as the previous calculations are <br /> now conservative.
