Our budget also reflects estimated direct costs to the project for testing, drilling, <br />equipment rental, etc. HWA may also transfer funds allocated for direct costs to <br />professional/technical hours or vice versa, to satisfy project requirements. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide this alternate proposal for geotechnical engineering <br />services.
