Mukilteo Blvd and is an arterial route that is used daily by nearby <br />residents, transit, ferry and freight traffic, school buses and emergency responders. <br />David Evans and Associates, Inc was selected through a qualification-based selection process that <br />included advertisement of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and a detailed review of submitted <br />qualifications. The qualification statements were evaluated and scored by the project team. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc for the Merrill and Ring Creek Bridge Replacement Project in the amount of <br />$4,024,383. <br /> <br />City Council Agenda Item Cover Sheet
