• N. r ORDINA1NCE NO. 1936 1 An Ordinance providing for the vacation of the alley east of 2 Lots thirteen (13) , fourteen (14) , fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) in 3 Block 627, of the Plat of Everett . 4 Whereas, on the 26thday of March 1920, a petition was filed 5 with the City Clerk of the City of Everett signed by the owners of 6 more than two-thirds of the property abutting upon the alley east of 7 Lots thirteen (13) , fourteen (14) , fifteen (15) and sixteen (16) , 8 Block 627, Plat of Everett , prayin g for the vacation of the alley 9 east of Lots thirteen (13) , fourteen (14) , fifteen (15) , and sixteen 10 (16) , in Block 627, Plat of Everett , and 11 Whereas , the City Council of the City of Everett ( id, by 12 Resolution duly adopted, fix the 7th day of May, 1920 at the hour of 13 10 :30 o 'clock a.:n. of said day as the date for hearing on said pet- 14 ition, and 15 Whereas, due and le;al notice of the time and place of hearing 16 and determining of said petition was duly given by the City Clerk of 17 said City, as required by law, and 18 Whereas, at the time set for said hearing on said petition no 19 person or persons appeared at said hearing or objected to the grant- 20 ing of said petition, and 21 Whereas, it appearing to the said City Council that said pet- 22 ition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine to 23 vacate said portion of said alley, now therefore 24 25 THE CITY OP EVERE'TT DOES ORDAIN: 26 Section 1 : That that portion of the north and south alley ly- 27 ing east of lots 13, 14, 15 and 16 in Block 627, plat of Everett, 28 be, and the same is hereby vacated. 29 _ f 30 Passed: J e 1 at 92^ —". _._ Mayor. 31 Attest : ity Clerk.
