Page 2 of 59 <br /> <br />City of Everett Merrill & Ring Bridge Replacement <br />Replacement alignment/ s of the existing bridge will be based on considerations of the <br />environmental process determinations, right-of-way, mobility of traffic and other City-desired <br />goals that will be determined during the important Type, Size, & Location (TS&L) investigation <br />phase of the project. <br /> <br />The work will include project management inclusive of project scoping, multi-agency <br />coordination, utility coordination, and preliminary design, final design, and construction phases. <br /> <br />It is assumed that the City will lead the Right-of-Way activities. <br /> <br />The City, at its discretion, may elect to amend the consultant’s contract to include partial or full <br />construction engineering services, which may include construction phase engineering support and <br />inspection for federally funded projects. <br /> <br /> <br /> Initial Scope Summary: <br />1. Project Management <br />2. Surveying <br />3. Geotechnical Engineering & Report <br />4. Environmental Permitting <br />5. Bridge Aesthetics <br />6. Utility Coordination <br />7. Constructability Review, Construction Schedule & Estimation <br />8. Traffic Control <br />9. Illumination & Signage <br />10. Community Outreach <br />11. Right of Way Support <br />12. Civil, Roadway & Drainage Design <br />13. Structural Design <br />14. Bidding Phase Support <br />15.
