Page 8 of 59 <br /> <br />City of Everett Merrill & Ring Bridge Replacement <br /> <br />• Up to four (4) title reports will be reviewed for parcels agrees upon with the engineer <br />to aid in the plotting of existing easements and calculation of associated parent parcel <br />boundaries impacted by the project. <br /> <br />• Furtado and the CONSULTANT team will review up to three (3) ROW & Survey <br />Control/Alignment sheets to address up to one (1) round of comments and prepare <br />responses in support of the 30%, 60%, 90%, 100% & IFB packages. <br /> <br />• Furtado will prepare in coordination with the design team, up to four (4) temporary <br />construction easement (TCE) legal descriptions and supporting exhibits, to include <br />one (1) draft and one (1) final copy. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br />1. Rights of entry (ROE) will be provided by the City of Everett for the consultant’s <br />reasonable and efficient access. <br />2. Traffic control, if required, will be a uniformed officer and billed as an invoiced ODC as <br />an additional item. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Existing conditions 2D & 3D basemap files with surface capable of displaying a 1- <br />foot contour interval <br />2. Upon request, a copy of survey field note and utility measurement sheets (PDF <br />format) <br />3.
