Page 16 of 59 <br /> <br />City of Everett Merrill & Ring Bridge Replacement <br />x All Phase 1 non-contaminated drilling spoils and related debris will be drummed on site <br />and transported off site for disposal by the drilling subcontractor. <br />x All Phase 2 drilling spoils and related debris will be discreetly spread across the slope. <br />x All patching of cores through the roadway will be done with rapid set cement. No 2’ by <br />2’ hot mix asphalt patching will be required. <br />x HWA assumes that they will attend 12 project coordination meetings in addition to the <br />kickoff meeting. <br />x All field explorations will be conducted between the hours of 9AM and 3PM. HWA <br />assumes that establishment of traffic control will also abide by these hours. <br />x No Phase 1 or Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment will be completed by HWA. <br />x All required rights of entry will be provided by the City of Everett at no cost to HWA. <br />x The borehole locations will be surveyed by others. <br />x No stormwater infiltration testing will be conducted as part of this project. <br />x Relatively disturbed subsurface soil samples will be collected from the borings using the <br />Standard Penetration Test (SPT) at an interval of 2.5 feet to a depth of 25 feet. Samples <br />will be taken at 5-foot intervals below a depth of 25 feet. <br />x The two wells installed as part of this investigation will be maintained throughout design <br />and decommissioned by the contractor during construction. <br />x Groundwater monitoring will be completed over a period of 6 months. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />x Exploration Plan <br />x Draft Geotechnical Report <br />x Final Geotechnical Report <br />x Draft and Final Hazardous Materials Report <br />x Geotechnical addenda as necessary to support PS&E activities <br />
