Page 31 of 59 <br /> <br />City of Everett Merrill & Ring Bridge Replacement <br />WORK ELEMENT 7 CONSTRUCTABILITY REVIEW, CONSTRUCTION <br />SCHEDULE, AND ESTIMATION <br /> <br />This work element is performed by Ott-Sakai & Associates (OS), to provide constructability <br />review, construction schedule, and construction estimation services. <br /> <br />The work element includes the following activities: <br /> <br />7.1 Constructability review <br /> <br />OS will provide constructability review of the design team’s prepared Plans, Estimate, and <br />Specification (PS&E) package at the TS&L, 30%, 60%, & 90% design levels. <br /> <br />7.2 Construction CPM Schedule <br /> <br />OS will prepare Construction Schedule at 60% and 100% PS&E design levels. <br /> <br />7.3 Construction Estimation <br /> <br />OS will provide construction estimation cost of the design team’s prepared PS&E package at <br />60%, 90% and 100% levels. <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br />x Constructability Review comments for PS&E packages at TS&L, 30%, 60%, & 90% <br />design levels. <br />x Construction schedule at 60% and 100% levels. <br />x Construction estimation for PS&E packages at 60%, 90%, & 100% design levels. <br /> <br />
