Drew Martin
From: Drew Martin
Sent: Tuesday, October 18, 2022 10:44 AM
To: precision-designs@outlook.com; FARNAOUT@AEONTK.COM
Cc: Audrey Arbow
Subject: City of Everett Permit Services: 1314 26th Street (B2205-040) - Revision After Issuance
Hello, Alex.
We received the submittal for a revision after issuance. However, the work shown is an increase in the project scope,
not a revision to the approved project scope. As such, the revision is being denied. A new permit application is required
for the proposed work. We can retain the drawings already submitted for a new project. You'll need to complete and
submit a new application. Please note the following for the drawings:
1. The drawing package is incomplete as it relies on the previously submitted set. Based on a quick review, this
may only require you to submit two new copies of each of Sheets A0.0 and A0.1. Note that both of these sheets
should be updated for the proposed work;they should not retain information pertaining to the previously
approved project.
2. Sheet A0.2 was provided, but not updated for the new work. It still only reflects to the approved work under
Permit No. B2205-040. This sheet should be revised and resubmitted. Two copies are required.
3. A comprehensive review of the submitted sheets will not performed until a new application is received. Note
that the additional work may require additional information as it is a stand-alone project. This may include
egress modifications, energy code upgrades, etc. The proposed work needs to be submit with regard to the
work already approved under Permit No. B2205-040.
Please contact Audrey if you have additional questions. Thank you.
— Drew Martin, P.E.,S.E.
Associate Engineer—Commercial Plans Examiner I Permit Services
425.257.8810 13200 Cedar Street, 2nd Floor, Everett,WA 98201
EVERETT Phone Hours: M/W/T: 8 am - 12 pm & 1 pm—3 pm;Tu: 1:OOpm-3:OOpm
everettwa.gov/permits I Facebook I Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
1
