The applicant is required to assemble all drawings. Future submittals must be fully assembled by the applicant in order to be reviewed. See IBC Section 107.2.1. 2. The construction drawings include references to the IRC throughout. The project is for a commercial building and should comply with the IBC. The drawings should be revised to remove all references to the IRC and provide the appropriate commercial code references. See EMC Section 16.005.030(A). Drawings revised (See Sheet 4, AS, 3. Note that the Main Level of the building only provides a single user water closer per the drawings approved for construction under Permit No. B2205-040.
