. <br /> #014P <br /> /v.- <br /> 4111..11.41 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2400-99 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Colby Avenue Improvements, 26th Street to Everett Avenue," <br /> Fund 303, Program 041, to accumulate all construction <br /> costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need for improvements to Colby Avenue <br /> between 26th Street and Everett Avenue; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 041, entitled <br /> "Colby Avenue Improvements, 26th Street to Everett Avenue," to accumulate all construction <br /> costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 041, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $ 275,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 041, "Colby Avenue <br /> Improvements, 26th Street to Everett Avenue" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Construction $ 275,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 275,000 <br /> 1 <br />
