Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> 1. It is unclear which details of Sheets 2 and 3 of the plans apply to Sheet 1. <br /> Please cut the details where they are to apply. For instance,the deck framing <br /> plan on Sheet 2 appears to be a generic detail and does to apply to this plan set <br /> as the framing does not appear to correspond to the specific conditions of <br /> Sheet 1. IRC R106.1.1. <br /> 2. Please indicate the design loads for the covered porch/deck and roof framing <br /> as it does not appear to be included in the plans or notes. IRC R106.1.1. <br /> 3. On Sheet 3,the shearwall bracing schedule includes a shearwall callouts E <br /> and F and refers to details 1 and 2. These details appear to be missing from the <br /> plans. Please revise and include details as required for clarity. IRC R106.1.1. <br /> 4. On Sheet 1,the proposed bathroom,the proposed sink and shower does not <br /> appear to meet the minimum clearance requirements per IRC R307. Please <br /> revise layout as required to meet minimum clearance requirements. <br /> 5. On Sheet 1,the proposed concrete retaining walls appear to be less than 3'- <br /> 0" in height please confirm. Also, please include a detail for the concrete wall's <br /> PERMIT SERVICES construction as this appears to be missing. IRC R106.1.1. <br /> Q3200 Cedar Street 6. On Sheet 1,the exterior door leading from the hall to the covered porch area <br /> Everett,WA 98201 appears to be an egress door and is required to be a minimum of 32" clear. <br /> 425.257.8810 Please revise plans as required.
