9. Below grade walls in conditioned spaces are required to be insulated with minimum R-21 on the interior. Provide section drawing at furred walls. See Sheet 3 buildimg sectiom. 10. Projections located in the five-foot side yard setback shall be protected with one-hour fire- resistance rated construction on the underside of the projection with no openings allowed.
