9. Below grade walls in conditioned spaces are required to be insulated with minimum R-21 on the <br /> interior. Provide section drawing at furred walls. <br /> See Sheet 3 buildimg sectiom. <br /> 10. All headers shall be insulated with minimum R-10 rigid insulation per Table R402.1.1 WSEC. <br /> Show on plans. <br /> See Sheet 4 typical wall sectiom. <br /> 11. Projections located in the five-foot side yard setback shall be protected with one-hour fire- <br /> resistance rated construction on the underside of the projection with no openings allowed. <br /> Provide detail for one-hour fire-resistance rated construction at projections. <br /> See mote ovt Sheet 3. <br /> 12.
