Completing the plantings prior to issuance would also mean no bond is required at this time.
Once the plantings are completed per the plan, I can conduct an inspection and sign off on the building permit for
Planning. Prior to your permit Final, I'll need to conduct another inspection to make sure the plants are still surviving and
taken care of.At the time of Final inspection for Planning,we can re-assess whether a maintenance bond will be
required for the continued monitoring of the plants.
I've attached the site plan and enhancement/planting notes from the wetland study. The study also notes that
approximately 67 whips will be needed for the project. If you have any questions, please let me know and I'm happy to
be of further assistance.
Thanks,
Kelsey Heyd
Assistant Planner
City of Everett Planning Department
Direct:425.257.7275
Permit Services:425.257.8810
NOTICE: All emails, and attachments, sent to and from City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to
the Public Records Act(RCW 42.56)
1
