I will be working on this property <br /> regarding the waterline issue and potential alteration of a critical area and/or buffer. It appears the <br /> owners have built accessory structures in the rear yard, and modified the landscape within a stream <br /> buffer, that will require buffer restoration. <br /> Most importantly for now, I discussed the water line issue with Tony Lee and he tells me we will not give <br /> Final Approval on the Remodel/Addition until the water line issue is resolved—such that the final <br /> condition complies with code.Tony knows I was going to pass this information onto you. <br /> Please let Cindy know if we should add a Restriction to Trakit. <br /> Thanks!
