�r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 19"A <br /> 1 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> 2 assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 350 for the im- <br /> 3 provement of Rucker Ave. from the north line of 12th St . to the north <br /> 4 line of 10th St . by the construction of a 6 inch concrete pavement <br /> 5 thirty feet wide, the construction cif concrete curbs, and 6 foot <br /> 6 concrete sidewalks from the north line of the Heights Addition to <br /> 7 the north line of 10th St. ; also 10th St . from the west line of <br /> 8 Grand Ave. to the west line of Rucker Ave. by the construction of a <br /> 9 6 inch concrete pavement twenty-four feet wide, the construction of <br /> 10 concrete curbs and 5 foot concrete sidewalks, including grading to <br /> 11 proper grade, clearing and grubbing, installation of necessary <br /> 12 drainage, removal of old lumber and all other work necessary to make <br /> 13 a complete improvement , under Ordinance No . 1879 of the City of <br /> 14 Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several <br /> 15 lots, as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds <br /> 16 therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance thereof . <br /> 17 <br /> THE CITY OF E xr TT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local <br /> 20 Improvement District No . 350 for the improvement of Rucker Ave. from <br /> 21 the north line of 12th St . to the north line of 10th St. by the con- <br /> 22 struction of a 6 inch concrete pavement, 30 feet wide, the construe- <br /> 23 tion of concrete curbs, and 6 foot concrete sidewalks, from the <br /> 24 north line of the Heights Addition to the north line of 10th St. ; <br /> 25 also 10th St. from the west line of Grand Ave. to the west line of <br /> 26 Rucker Ave. bythe construction of a 6 inch concrete pavement , 24 <br /> 27 feet wide, the constructionx of concrete curbs and 5 foot concrete <br /> 28 sidewalks, including grading to prOper grade, clearing and grubbing, <br /> 29 installation of necessary drainage, removal of old lumber and all <br /> 30 other work necessary to make a complete improvement , under Ordinance <br /> 31 No . 1879 of the City of Everett ,as the same now stands, be, and the <br /> -1- <br />
