The license fee to be 10 charged by said City for the sale of soft drinks, except pure water, 11 4-00 is hereby fixed. at the sum of $i -oer year. 12 Sec ' a 3 : Any person, firm, corporation, or other association 13 O 14 o ez s desiring a license to carry on any of the businesses r m- ioned in this Ordinance, shall make a written application there- 15 ,t 16 o to the City aouncil stating name of applicant , address, whether a corporation, firm,or other association of persons, the name and 17 I address of each member thereof together with a statement of the 18 business to be carried on and the addresses of such person or per- 19 sons for six (6) months preceding such application. 20 i 21 Section 4: Any person, firm, corporation, or other associa- 22 tion of persons convict ed of violating any of the provisions of 23 this Ordinance, lore than once, shall have his, its, or their lic- 24 ense cancelled and revoked. 25 Section 5: That Ordinances No . 1596 and 1907 be, and the same 26 are hereby repealed. 27 28 Section 6: That any person, firm, corporation or any other 29 association of persons violating any of the provisions of this Ord- 30 inance shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment not to 31 exceed thirty (30 ) days or by a fine not to exceed One Hundred -2-
