40 - , ORDINANCE No. VaaV 1 2 An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and 3 assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 349 for the 4 improvement of 10th Street from Grand to Broadway, of Broadway 5 from 10th Street to 12th Street , of Lombard from 10th Street to 6 the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Wetmore from 13th 7 Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition, of Colby from 8 12th Street to the north line of the Bailey Addition and of 9 Rucker from 10th Street to 12th.
