<br />    	1    payment  of  the  principal  of  such bonds,   not  less  than  one  hundred  and
<br />    	2    fifty  thousand  dollars,   and  that  on  the  first  day  of  January,  1941,
<br />    	3    there  will  be  so  available  for  the  payment,   out  of  such  gross  reven-
<br />    	4    ues into such  special  fund,  on  the  principal  of  such  bonds,   the  sum  of

<br />     			Section  4;  That  in  order  to  carry  out  the  plan  or  system  speci-
