Amendments to Everett Transit PSA/Change in Scope of Work. <br />•The PSA included contract administration. The construction is not planned to be competed until <br />no earlier than 2026. The new contract end date will be 31 December 2027. This change has no <br />financial impact on the project. <br />•Initial State Clean Building Performance Standard Compliance Review: Hultz will perform the <br />analysis to provide a weather normalized EUI for the Everett Station and compare to the <br />adjusted EUI target for that building. This would identify whether additional energy savings <br />measures would be required for compliance. This change has a financial impact of adding <br />$4,200.00 to the project cost. <br />•Reimbursable items (to be billed at cost plus 10%): <br />o Travel Mileage: Hultz assumes a budget of $1,600, and will invoice from the IRS mileage <br />rates <br />o Printing (Review/Permit Sets): Hultz assumes a budget of $ 1,000 <br />This change has a financial impact of adding $2,600.00 to the project cost. <br />•Project Contingency. A project contingency shall be added to this project. Due the complexity of <br />this project the contingency rate shall be approximately 15%. This change has a financial impact <br />of adding $30,134 to the project cost.
