I am the planner conducting the review for these applications.Additional comments may also be <br /> provided by other Departmental reviewers for your application; please utilize the Online Permitting Portal to check on <br /> the status of other reviewers. <br /> Planning has the following comments and correction items to be addressed: <br /> • Parking.The addition of shear walls reduces the existing off-street parking from 30 spaces to 28 spaces.The <br /> replacement of two spaces is required in accordance with the requirements for multifamily off-street parking <br /> identified in Table 34-1 of EMC 19.34.025. <br /> For reference, the residential construction submittal checklist is available online and includes the residential site plan <br /> checklist. Re-submittal instructions are outlined here; please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised <br /> documents/plans.
