Building 2 <br /> Plan Check Number: E2405-2703 <br /> Dear Getchell Electric LLC <br /> In response to your application for an Electrical permit, your application has been examined and you <br /> are advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. These <br /> comments address electrical issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2023 National Electrical <br /> Code,) (2023 Chapter 296-46B WAC rules,) as amended by the State of Washington and/or <br /> Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated <br /> otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br /> the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. <br /> 1. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B- <br /> 900(3)(e) all electrical plans must be stamped with an electrical engineer's mark and <br /> signature. <br /> 2. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B- <br /> 900(3)(h). Plans are incomplete, please include a floor plan clearly showing the electrical <br /> installation or alteration in floor plan view and show a complete riser, load calculations and <br /> fault current from the alteration through the service. <br /> 3. All plans submitted for review must contain all required information per WAC 296-46B- <br /> 900(3)0). If you are using NEC 220.87(1), please show all information required from the <br /> service to the last panel in the alteration. <br /> If you have any questions, please email or call me at (425) 259-7229. Upon submittal of the <br /> drawings, your application will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence.
