The fueling protocol standards used for the pass/fail determinations are defined in the <br /> Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE)J2601-2020,TIR J2601-2010,and SAE J2799-2019.The test methods used to <br /> measure the performance of hydrogen fueling dispensers with respect to the above mentioned standards utilize <br /> ANSI/CSA HGV 4.3-2022(General fault and communications testing). In addition, some subject matter was also <br /> used by permission from International Standards Organization,Technical Specification 19880-1 and The Research <br /> Association of Hydrogen Supply/Utilization Technology(HySUT) Fueling Validation Guideline for completing this <br /> document. <br /> Disclaimer-This report was prepared as an account of work performed jointly by staff of the California Air <br /> Resources Board and Division of Measurement Standards.
